DESCRIPTION
ABOUT THE PROJECT
«Tien Mee» — a brand of goods for the home and economy, focusing on the environmental properties of its products.The client came with a request for the development of packaging for laundry sheets. The packaging design had to fit into the line of existing products, while highlighting the product and demonstrating its advantages.
TASKS
In a short time, it was necessary to develop an attractive and selling packaging design that would be noticeable among competitors both in offline and online stores. The design was supposed to continue the eco-theme of the brand's products.
GOAL
Create a packaging design that effectively presents the product from the point of view of its advantages and value to customers.
RESULT
The client's request was fully satisfied. The design turned out to be unique, but the packaging fits harmoniously into the existing product line.
Beauty is in naturalness and purity
design concept
To develop the packaging of eco-sheets for washing, we have concentrated on the ideas of cleanliness, environmental friendliness, naturalness and aesthetics. The elements associated with the aromatic properties of the leaves were taken as the main associations. These associations are not of the first order, but coupled with the palette, competent layout and texture, the product fits into the competitive field, but stands out against the background of colorful and bright packages of competitors.
THE FINAL CONCEPT
This concept is inspired by the culture of the regions whose flavors are indicated on the packages. "Feel the Thai at home" and "Feel the Champagne at home" are the leitmotives of the first concept. The packaging with the eco-sheets with the aroma of champagne depicts a mill in the middle of a grape plantation, and the packaging with the aroma of plumeria shows the temple architecture of Thailand. The palette is inspired by geography (blue is on the coat of arms of Champagne, and green reminds of the nature of Thailand), but also symbolizes purity, naturalness, environmental friendliness.
For greater associativity with the eco-theme, the crafting texture is used.
The fragrance of Plumeria reminds of Thailand, so a temple in the style of this country is used as an associative illustration.

Additional concept
The client was offered several design options to choose from. Concept No. 2 is more minimalistic, executed in the key of "eco-design". The texture and color of the craft are in the foreground. The packaging design is restrained, there is nothing superfluous in it. A distinctive element is the neat illustrations depicting the fragrance of the product
